It is part of life’s journey to go through difficult, and painful moments. During such times we may find ourselves feeling lost, confused and alone. This can be as a result of multiple causes such as the loss of a loved one, a relationship breakup or divorce, childhood trauma, anxiety, academic problems, substance abuse, parenting difficulties and depression. Learning how to get through these dark moments is a healthy life process.In therapy I will provide you with a safe, confidential, non-judgmental and empathetic space that will enable you to realise your inner resilience.
I will further provide with a holding space that will encourage self-discovery and positive thinking. I will assist you with coping skills that will enable you to be able navigate through life with containment and ease.
I am qualified Clinical Psychologist registered with HPCSA. I have worked with different mental health issues whereby I provided assessments, diagnoses and treatment interventions.
